About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 including service technicians & office staff
- Oversee the service operations of the wet fire division, ensuring efficiency and high-quality delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and streamline processes
- Drive business growth by expanding the client base and securing new contracts
- Ensure compliance with Australian fire safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage budgets, reporting, and operational performance
- Strong leadership and team management experience in the fire protection industry
- In-depth knowledge of wet fire systems including sprinklers, hydrants, and pumps
- Proven track record in service management, process improvement, and business development
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive revenue and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary up to $150k + Super
