We are seeking an experienced Track Project Engineer to join a leading Tier 1 contractor in Sydney. This is a contract role with a duration of 2 months, working on a major rail tender. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering technical expertise and ensuring the smooth progress of the tendering process for an upcoming rail infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support and technical expertise throughout the rail tender process.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
• Develop and review methodologies for track works, including track slab installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including design inputs and scopes of work.
• Contribute to procurement planning, cost estimations, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Track Project Engineer on rail infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of track design, construction, and maintenance.
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work within the contract period.
