My client are a forward thinking residential builder dedicated to excellence, and are seeking a highly motivated Town Planner to join their team.
As a Town Planner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Development Applications (DAs) and ensuring compliance with council regulations across projects in the Sydney Metro and South Coast regions.
Your expertise will guide projects from initial planning through to successful approvals, contributing to continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development Applications: Prepare, review, and submit Development Applications (DAs) in compliance with local and state planning regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with council rules, regulations, and planning policies to ensure all projects adhere to current standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with local councils, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and resolve any planning issues.
- Project Oversight: Monitor and guide planning aspects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on planning progress and any issues that may impact project timelines.
- Qualifications: Relevant degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in town planning, particularly with residential projects in the Sydney Metro and South Coast areas.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian planning regulations, council processes, and local government procedures.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with planning software and tools.
