With over 70 locations across Perth - You will be managing teams of up to 10 people working on 2-3 project at a time ranging from bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks, concrete works, underground services, drainage, and pavements.

As a Civil Supervisor, you will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide best practice project coordination and management.

Skills & Qualifications 

• 5+ years’ Civil Supervisor experience on West Australian civil sector including bulk earthworks, drainage and road construction while employed by Civil Contractors
• Proven success as a Civil Supervisor managing construction teams and effective utilisation of plant and equipment to achieve project milestones on large Earthworks/Roads scopes of work.
• Have the ability and experience to run, direct and sub-contract labour teams safely and productively.
• Be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
