We are seeking an experienced Superintendent (Clerk of Works) to join a client-side consultancy team in delivering a $60M high-end community project.
The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring quality control and assurance, monitoring workmanship, and liaising with stakeholders to uphold project integrity. Additionally, one day per week will be dedicated to assisting with tenders for upcoming projects.

- Maintain detailed site records, including progress photos and reports.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to fire, mechanical, and structural regulations.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Support the tendering process for future projects on a part-time basis.
