CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our clients to source a Site Manager to deliver a recently awarded critical project. 
 
you will report in into the Project Manager on site and your main responsibilities will be overseeing pre-starts, planning day to day activities on site and coordinate & manage sub-contractors to achieve project milestones. The project will involve overseeing a subcontractor during the Demolition of an existing substation. 
 
The role is a site based position on Mon-Fri 5/2 DIDO roster with accommodation and meal allowance being provided by the client. It is an immediate requirement so would be suited to construction professionals who are in between projects looking for a straight start. We are looking to speak to Site Manager who have the following experience:
 
- 10 years Construction Experience 
- Building or Substation Construction Experience 
- Mentally Robust leading a site team 
- Career minded and driven 
- HV Electrical experience essential 
 
 The project is based on the ACT border so applicants must be willing to work outside of Sydney in a remote environment.
