About the Company
We are partnering with a highly regarded builder specialising in high-end residential and boutique apartment developments across Sydney’s North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. They are known for their commitment to quality craftsmanship, strong relationships with subcontractors, and delivering premium architectural builds.

With multiple exciting projects in the pipeline, we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong carpentry background to lead luxury residential projects.

The Opportunity
Our client has an upcoming $20M boutique apartment build Mosman with an ultra-high-end finish and single basement level.

Beyond this, there are three additional high-end projects launching in the next coming months, including architectural homes and complex refurbishments.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Oversee all aspects of site operations, including managing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure top-quality workmanship, particularly in carpentry and joinery
  • Interpret architectural and engineering plans accurately
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to meet project expectations
  • Solve problems & make critical decisions to keep the project on track
  • Foster strong communication between all project stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
  • Trade background in carpentry is essential
  • Proven experience managing class 2 high-end residential construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural & engineering plans
  • High level of attention to detail, particularly in finishing work
  • Valid driver’s license
