About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shopfitter Supervisor to join a leading national retail and hospitality shopfitting contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile fit-out projects with a well-established company that has a strong pipeline of work. Projects are based across Sydney Metro with HQ & manufacturing in Sydneys West. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing shopfitting projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Managing and coordinating on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Enforcing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Communicating with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in shopfitting supervision, particularly in retail and hospitality.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
