About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager or a Development Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale, multi-stage mixed use residential master-planned community in one of Sydney’s key growth areas. With a multi-year delivery timeline, this is a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full development lifecycle, ensuring seamless project delivery
  • Oversee and coordinate the planning approval process
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, balancing complex relationships
  • Maintain strong financial oversight, including feasibility assessments and project financial management
  • Work closely with senior leadership, upholding high-performance standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to then sell on these developments
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a DM role
  • Proven experience in large-scale master-planned community developments – Residential
  • Strong knowledge of NSW statutory planning processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience using Estate Master or equivalent feasibility tools
