The Company
They have been emerged as one of the up and coming Sydney builders over the past 8 years they have built a good reputation in the market delivering a mixture of residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial projects valued up to $30m.
They pride themselves on creating a supportive and collaborative environment with both their staff and clients becoming the builder of choice for alot of developers. This approach has led them to become involved with the build from the initial concept of the design through to handover on multiple projects.
The directors enjoy being involved in the day to day running, largely focusing their time in the design management process.
You will be dealing with all design issues dealing with architects and services coordination, you will also be involved in key presentations to the client.
The ideal person will come have experience working for a mid-tier builder and have delivered multi class 2 buildings as a Design Manager.
If you are looking to step into management this is career path that will be offer as there is already design staff within the business that would come under your remit.
As a builder they have a diverse portfolio of projects but inorder to be considered for this role you must have experience with multi-density residential project.

- A completed construction degree
- A strong construction background
- Experience with a known builder as a Design Manager
- Stability on your CV with previous employers
- Class 2 - Residential experience is preferred
- Able to lead from the front
- Ability to manage a team in the future
- Be a team player
