Their projects range from $1M fitouts to a $20M refurbishment to a $50M new build in multiple sectors. They are currently extremely busy in QLD and they are looking for a few key people to join the business.
 
About the role – Senior Contract Administrator (Gold Coast)
We are looking for aa Senior CA to join a team on an upcoming $42M agecare project located on the Gold Coast. This is a key role for the team with one of their repeat clients. You will have an intermediate CA and a Cadet working under you who will report to you. You will be based on site with the whole team including your Project Manager.
 
Skills and Experience

• Stability with previous employers
• Previous experience delivering projects of $25M plus
• Completed construction degree
• Able to manage a team
• Ability to manage many stakeholders
• Good client relationship skills
