Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a leading Builder Developer, who are currently delivering a high profile student accommodation project in Perth, valued in excess of $100m.
The project is currently at early works stage, with senior management in place, plus a SM, Junior CA and PM lined up for the project, they are now seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Contract Administrator, to take the lead on the project, working in close collaboration with the Commercial Manager and Senior PM.
The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
Key responsibilities include; contracts management - overseeing the preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts & sub contracts. Cost control and reporting, stakeholder coordination, risk management and compliance and documentation.

Experience
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior CA, capable of taking a lead role on a $100m+ new build development. Prior experience on high rise commercial / residential projects within Australia is essential, with a proven track record delivering projects as a lead, in excess of $50m+.
