Senior Contracts Administrator – Design, Fit Out & Refurb  
 
The Client:
  • Established for 20+ yrs
  • Client focussed D&C contractor
  • Excel in premium delivery within workplace, commercial, education, government, retail and hospitality sectors
The Position – Lead Contract Administrator
 
  • Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules
  • Preparation of head contract progress claims
  • Submission and evaluation of variations
  • Managing both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstream
  • Head contract administration
  • Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager
  • Administer RFIs to clients and consultants
  • Assisting Project Manager with daily operations
  • Maintaining project document control
  • Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers
  • Man management of the team
  • Key contact on the project
 
Skills and Experience
 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a CA
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
