Summary:
We are seeking 2 x detail-oriented and experienced Facade Draftsperson to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings for facade systems, ensuring they meet both design and engineering specifications. You will collaborate closely with Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality facade solutions for large developments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed facade drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate facade documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings align with design intent and project requirements.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assist in the selection of materials, systems, and finishes for facade projects.
• Participate in site visits as needed to verify measurements and assess construction progress.
• Provide support during the delivery phase, addressing any design or technical issues related to facade systems.
