Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process from start to finish, suggesting enhancements to elevate the client’s lifestyle, and being the primary point of contact for prospective buyers.

Experience and Skills: The ideal candidate will have:
- Industry Experience: Background in the new homes sector is preferred, but related real estate sales experience will be considered.
- Sales Drive: Target-driven with a strong motivation to earn and excel.
- Customer Focus: Proactive approach to ensuring a high-quality customer journey.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively, even under pressure.
- Autonomy: Capability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
