Job description
Our client are a home builder based on the Gold Coast, who are looking to engage a Sales and Acquisitions Administrator, experienced in construction contracts.
The Sales and Acquisitions Administrator will be responsible for managing contracts, including contract negotiation, contract management, and procurement. They will also use analytical skills to review contracts, and be responsible for communication between different teams.

Duties and responsibilities
- Request, review, and Administer Land Contracts
- Prepare, review and Administer HIA build contracts
- Management of build contract variations
- Liaising with marketers, developers, and sales agents
- General assistance to the Sales Department as requested
- Creating sales brochures
- Updating current stocklists
- Work closely with the BDM’s and maintaining relationships with marketers
- Organising marketing emails through campaign monitor
- Managing put and call agreements
- Managing unconditional finance and settlements
- Ordering soils, surveys and DBYD
- Data entry of all sales and fall overs
- Enter siting requests
- Issuing marketing reports each week
- Assisting with estimating department & Drafting departments where necessary
- Contract negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience and familiar with REIQ / HIA contracts
- Analytical skills to review contracts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
- Onsite Companion / Docusign / Monday.com programs experience preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Knowledge of QBCC licensing and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
