The Position – Foreman  
 
Great opportunity for a Foreman with remedials experience to join a reputable contractor. We’re looking for a Foreman with general remedial experience and a fire systems foreman. Projects will range between $600k – $6m.
 
The Role –
 

• Liaising with colleagues and clients
• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
• May need to buy materials for each phase of the project
• Monitor build costs and project progress
• Report to senior management
• Conducting quality and safety inspections
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Motivating the workforce
• Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise

Skills and Experience

• 3 years + as a Foreman
• Experience working across remedial projects will be beneficial  
• Experience with similar size projects + sectors
• Stability with previous employers
• A positive & proactive attitude
• Knowledge and experience a Foreman

Proposed Salary DOE - $125,000 - $140,000
