The Role
As a Pytha Operator, you’ll be based in a state-of-the-art facility. Working closely with the design team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and converting drawings into Pytha drawings
• Preparing nesting drawings and programming for a flatbed CNC machine
• Generating cutting lists and assembly drawings for the joinery workshop
• Printing item labels for all joinery components
• Ensuring all production timelines are met in collaboration with the team

You will report directly to the Joinery Manager, a long-standing team member who will provide excellent training and a smooth transition into the role.

About You

• Previous experience with Pytha software
• Strong understanding of the joinery trade
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for working in high-performing, team-oriented environments
