Boutique Project Management Consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an opportunity created due to an increase in their current project portfolio, with lots of projects locked in for the near future. 

This consultancy is looking to grow strategically, there is a chance to join this consultancy and report to a Director. The main focus of this role will be within the retail space.

The Role: As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on fast-paced projects in the retail sector. This includes new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs of both new and existing retail developments for some of the industry’s most well-known clients. Reporting directly to one of the Directors, you will manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality, cost control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage retail projects from inception to completion, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs - $500K- $15M 
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships and foster repeat business.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to the Director and clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record in the retail sector.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in working with clients on retail developments, including refurbishments and fit-outs, is highly regarded.
