Job description
Specialist Advisory & Project Management consultancy. Opportunity to advise on exciting future projects such as the Olympic Games 2032, QLD Health, Education and more.
Play a key role in the development of these projects and the future of SE Queensland by advising clients on the feasibility, business cases and early stages of these landmark projects.
Responsibilities:
The key role is to provide high quality advisory services to various government entities, for the feasibility and business case development of major social infrastructure projects coming up in South East Queensland over the next 10-20 years.
This position works closely with the Director and Senior Project Managers on multiple tasks as per below:

This position works closely with the Director and Senior Project Managers on multiple tasks as per below:
- Provide advisory services to clients on the feasibility, planning, and implementation of social infrastructure projects.
- Develop business cases for construction projects, including identifying the project's goals, objectives, and benefits.
- Have involvement in Design Management and early project stages.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field.
- Advisory experience – business cases, feasibility studies etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Opportunity to make a significant contribution to upcoming projects in SE Queensland.
