Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator or experienced Project Manager to manage and support projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and profitably. This role requires versatility across project management, estimating, supply chain coordination, and research & development.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager, Sales Team, and Production Team to oversee seamless project execution while driving business growth. A strong background in project management, estimating, and customer service is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly desirable.

The role will be based on-site in their brand new facilities in Western Sydney with WFH flexibility on offer. 
 
Key Responsibilities

Project Management
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions.
  • Communicate project progress and key milestones with stakeholders.
  • Leverage project management tools to enhance efficiency.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Sales Manager to optimise quoting and estimating accuracy.
  • Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Production teams to develop prototypes that enhance production cycles and reduce costs.
  • Offer alternative solutions based on cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and ease of installation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to exceed project expectations.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in commercial project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to optimize production and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of wall paneling, ceilings/partitions, interior lining or joinery is highly desirable.
