Project Manager – Land Development
CGC Recruitment are in partnership with a family-owned civil contracting business with over 30 years trading history. The business specialises in land development projects and has multiple site locations throughout the Perth Metropolitan area (north and south of the river) and the Southwest (Bunbury to Margaret River). Typical projects range in value up to $15m and include residential and industrial subdivisions – an area of civil construction which is currently booming!
Our client is keen to speak to Project Managers with experience leading large scale subdivision projects which involve civil construction scopes such as earthworks, roads, underground services, sewers and drainage. Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for the timely delivery of land development projects in a cost-effective manner.

Essential candidate criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Civil Engineering or Project Management)
- At least 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role on subdivision / land development projects.
- Strong working knowledge of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement and road construction.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commercially aware.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- High regard and compliance to all HSE policies and procedures.
- Are comfortable with technology and able to use standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word.
- Construction White Card.
- Drivers Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
- Permanent Australian working rights.
- $180,000 annual salary (dependent on experience).
