Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for overseeing large-scale fit-out refurbishments? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to lead a high-profile $20 million building project in the heart of the CBD.

About the Role:
As the Project Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic fit-out refurbishment project, driving it from inception through to successful completion. This is a critical role requiring a hands-on approach to project management, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all phases are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing fit-out refurbishment projects, preferably with a similar scale and scope.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
