Job description

CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering, property and design space.  

The Company:
This tier 1 civil contractor have a requirement for a senior PA who has worked in the construction industry previously, ideally supporting more than one person. The role will be based out of their head office in Pyrmont. 

The Role:
This is a mat-leave cover to start in May 2023 until June 2024. Possible extensions beyond this also. 
Provide administrative support, which may include managing the day-to-day activities of 2 General Managers and their teams, inclusive of diary management/scheduling, communications, reporting, records management,
procurement, accounts/invoices, travelling & logistics and purchasing.

Assistance may also be required in client relationship management including VIPs, events and management meetings.

To be successful you must possess the following: 
  • Certificate II, III, or IV in Business Administration (preferred)
  • 5-8 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Experience providing support at a senior level
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be happy to work in the office 5 days a week (flex when needed)
