The Role:
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be pivotal in managing the sales process for clients purchasing their dream home. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role will encompass:

The Role:
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be pivotal in managing the sales process for clients purchasing their dream home. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role will encompass:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through the home-buying journey from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, deal processing, and closing.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with land agents and respond swiftly to inbound leads and appointment requests.
- Personalisation: Recommend extras and plans that enhance clients' lifestyles, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Transition: Initially work Monday to Friday based in Campbelltown, transitioning to Tuesday to Saturday once the Display Home opens in Menangle Park.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in the new homes industry is preferred, but related real estate sales experience will be considered.
