Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing residential builder with an expanding presence in South West Sydney. With established relationships with numerous land developers, they focus on streamlining the home-selling process to deliver exceptional value to their clients.

The Role:

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be pivotal in managing the sales process for clients purchasing their dream home. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role will encompass:
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through the home-buying journey from initial inquiry to final sale.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, deal processing, and closing.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with land agents and respond swiftly to inbound leads and appointment requests.
  • Personalisation: Recommend extras and plans that enhance clients' lifestyles, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Transition: Initially work Monday to Friday based in Campbelltown, transitioning to Tuesday to Saturday once the Display Home opens in Menangle Park.
Experience & Skills: The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in the new homes industry is preferred, but related real estate sales experience will be considered.
  • Drive & Motivation: A target-driven, money-motivated attitude with a proactive approach to delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively, even under pressure.
  • Autonomy: Capacity to work independently and use initiative while being part of a team.
