About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Commissioning Engineer to join a prestigious Tier 1 contractor on a 12-month contract within the infrastructure sector. This role offers the opportunity to oversee commissioning activities on major infrastructure projects in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning activities for High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems across large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage a team of two engineers, ensuring the smooth execution of commissioning plans.
• Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring all work adheres to project specifications, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Develop detailed commissioning plans, ensuring they meet project performance goals and deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in commissioning within the infrastructure sector, with expertise in HV and LV systems.
• Proven ability to lead and manage engineers and subcontractors effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry compliance standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications and industry certifications.
