Junior Project Manager – Commercial Fit Outs

  • Interior Design and office fit outs
  • Predominately Sydney based projects
  • Satelite office in the CBD
  • Will suit a Junior PM or perhaps a CA looking ready for the step up

Salary - $130 – 150k package
Head Office Caringbah
Satelite Office – Sydney CBD
 
The Position – Project Manager
  • Lead and manage fit-out projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
   Skills and Experience
 
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in commercial fit outs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The right attitude
  • Australian working rights
