The role:
My client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the building industry and eager to kick-start their career in sales. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior sales team to learn the ins and outs of residential home sales while contributing to the growth and success of the company, and in turn, furthering their own career and growth potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior sales team members in managing leads and inquiries from potential homebuyers.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to expand knowledge and skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate sales transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing and beyond.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and other documents as needed.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Ideally you will have previous sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
