Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Hydraulic System Design: Develop and implement innovative hydraulic solutions for a range of building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget. Take ownership of the hydraulic engineering aspect throughout the project lifecycle
  • Site Inspections: Conduct thorough site inspections to assess existing hydraulic systems, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in hydraulic engineering. Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex hydraulic issues.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive hydraulic design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure all documentation adheres to relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
  
Qualifications and Experience:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in hydraulic engineering, preferably within the building services sector.
  • Proficient in hydraulic system design software and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
