The Position – Health & Safety Admin (WHS Admin)
  • Delivering a broad range of WHS tasks
  • Maintenance of relevant spreadsheets
  • Assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of WHS systems
  • Assisting with accident/ incident investigations as required
  • Assist with training staff on HSEQ systems and ensuring data is kept current through the company reporting processes
  • Sourcing and distribution of safety and health awareness information to site information boards
  • Assist with the administration of our document management system
  • Other ad hoc admin tasks   
Skills and Experience
  • Interest in Health & Safety & construction
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Previous administration experience would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
