Foreman / Site Manager required for a Heritage project with a Mid Tier Construction Contractor   The Client:

• Mid-tier contractor, privately owned
• Mainly Sydney metro based
• 60-70 employees
• Down to Earth, flat management style structure, quick decision-making processes & open-door policy
• Family orientated, monthly bbq’s, partners invited to most social events, wellbeing days, company team into city 2 surf
• Will considering working holiday VISAs for the right candidate

Projects - 
 
Two $3m each heritage buildings, Nov starts
 
 
The Role:

• Liaising with colleagues and clients  
• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
• May need to buy materials for each phase of the project
• Monitor build costs and project progress
• Report to senior management
• Conducting quality and safety inspections
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Motivating the workforce
• Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise  

Skills and Experience

• 3 years + as a Foreman
• Experience working on heritage projects will be beneficial  
• Experience with similar size projects + sectors
• Stability with previous employers
• A positive & proactive attitude
• Knowledge and experience a Foreman
