Finishing Foreman (8-Month Contract)

Position:
We are seeking a skilled Finishing Foreman to join our team for an 8-month contract on a landmark project in Sydney CBD. This role offers an exciting
opportunity to contribute to the completion of a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure high-quality finishes according to project specifications and timelines.
• Oversee the installation of finishes including joinery, fixtures, and fittings.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to uphold construction standards and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and variations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role in commercial construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, finishes, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage subcontractor teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Current construction White Card and other relevant certifications.
