Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator for an exciting 3-month contract opportunity with our esteemed client. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects in the Commercial and Residential sectors. To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record of working on projects valued at $50M or more.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects.
• Analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project documents to assess project scope and requirements.
• Conducting site visits to gather relevant data and ensure comprehensive understanding of project needs.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all estimates align with project objectives.
• Managing the tendering process and providing recommendations on cost-effective solutions.
• Monitoring project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure alignment with estimates and budgets.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience estimating on projects valued at $50M+ within Commercial and Residential sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Estimate one and Cubit experience 
• Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
