As our business continues to grow, we need a talented Estimator to join us on a short-term contract to help manage our expanding project portfolio.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team for a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial fit-out projects.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Conduct market research to determine material and labor costs.
• Prepare and present bid proposals and cost reports

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the commercial fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in estimating software cost X
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
