Your 1st Project is a $20m 7 storey apartment building. 

They are looking for a CA to add expertise to their team on the Gold Coast. 
  
You will have experience with:

• Administration and documentation
• Assessing variations and claims
• Profit budget forecasting
• Financial control reporting
• Regular client interfacing
• Letting trades
• Subcontractor Management
• Genuine opportunity for progression with a great builder.
