We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our team on a short-term contract basis for an exciting health sector project. This role will primarily focus on managing variations within the project, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient administration in alignment with project objectives and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee contract administration for the health project.
- Review, process, and track variations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and review documentation, including variation claims and cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant contract terms and conditions.
- Assist with progress claims, final accounts, and contract close-out procedures.
- Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
- Strong experience in managing variations on large-scale projects, ideally in the health sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
