Location: Near Arncliffe, NSW
Position Type: Contract (2 months, with a view to extend)
We are a small, dynamic building company based near Arncliffe, and we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist with the closing out of a project. This is a contract position for an initial period of 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee contract administration tasks for the project’s final stages.
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of all outstanding tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Review and process progress claims, variations, and invoices.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Address any contractual or project-related issues as they arise.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to small-to-medium building projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, cost control, and construction processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a small team.
