A national builder who has had a fantastic reputation over the past 20 years are seeking a highly motivated and organised Contracts Administrator to join their ever growing team in Queensland. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our business by managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and negotiation to execution and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all contract documentation, including requests for proposals (RFPs), contracts, and amendments.
  • Review and analyse contracts, identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the negotiation process, ensuring terms are favourable and meet the needs of both parties.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, procurement teams, and vendors.
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract database and reporting system.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the contract management process.
Skills and experience:
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role as a CA
  • A completed construction management degree
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Previous use of Procore and Jobpac would be advantageous
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented approach with a passion for accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
