Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, national commercial building head contractor who due to new projects awarded are recruiting an Intermediate level Contract Administrator to join their WA team.
Based in a Central office, near Perth CBD, this commercial builder has been established for over 20 years nationally and a proven track record in delivering a diverse range of commercial building projects.
Projects range from $10-40m and are across Education, Mixed Use, Government / Civic areas in particular, typically involved in complex building projects.
The Role - Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator, you'll work on a recently awarded project and support an experienced PM/CM within the business.
Responsibilities include;
An excellent opportunity to join a growing business who have a proven track record for promoting from within when possible.
They're looking for an intermediate level CA, who wants to continue to learn, develop & progress their career within the business.
Well suited to a Contract Administrator with 3+ years experience, either across new build, refurbishment or fit out construction, who potentially wants to gain further exposure on larger projects.
Salary will align with experience, ranging from $120-135k + Super.

The Role - Contract Administrator
As a Contract Administrator, you'll work on a recently awarded project and support an experienced PM/CM within the business.

- Reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts
- Managing variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and claims.
- Preparing and issuing subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Assisting in project budgeting and cost forecasting.
- Managing progress claims, payment approvals, and subcontractor invoices.
- Monitoring cash flow and financial performance of projects.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
