Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers across the four key Building Services disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Fire.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the consultancy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
- A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Fire).
- 10+ years of experience in Building Services.
- Proven track record in winning work and delivering successful projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in project management, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
