Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliance reviews across major construction projects
  • Ensure projects meet the Building Code of Australia (BCA) & NCC regulations
  • Oversee certification processes and regulatory approvals
  • Work closely with developers, asset owners, contractors, consultants, and government bodies
  • Provide expert advice on compliance solutions and risk management
What You’ll Need
  • A background in construction, engineering, or project management
  • Knowledge of building codes, compliance, and regulations (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience in commercial fit-outs within a contractor environment (highly desirable)
  • A Construction Management degree (highly desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • Commercial and professional acumen
  • Full working rights to work in Australia with PR or citizenship
