Our Client are a global multi faceted firm who specialise in Corporate Real Estate, Property Services, and Project Management.

An opportunity has arisen for a Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join their Project Management consultancy arm on a permanent basis, with hybrid working.

Duties & Responsibilities:
General
  • Promote consistent use of the firms Project Management brand and ensure that documents produced by each State are consistent
  • Develop, promote, implement and manage the marketing activities of the company generating long term sustainable business winning opportunities in line with the Marketing Plan.
  • Participate in Business Development activities in conjunction with the leadership team.
  • Expand industry brand awareness by developing and facilitating a communications strategy incorporating inter alia; media articles and publicity, targeted advertising and sponsorships
  • Working alongside the National Bid Manager and Leadership Team, prepare and implement Marketing Strategies for the various sectors (i.e. Commercial, Retail, Education, etc)
  • Coordinate with State Offices and contribute to national business development and marketing activities as required
Bids (Pipeline and Conversion)
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client contact information, pipeline pursuit and bid information
  • Assist the National Bid Manager to develop and implement a standardised bid process, from identification of an opportunity through to conversion
  • Coordinate the preparation of quality proposals and submissions
  • Convene bid strategy meetings and identify USPS and value proposition
  • Manage business development database, track identified opportunities, submissions and results
  • Establish processes and procedures to streamline the production of tenders, offers, expressions of interests, award proposals and other documents and ensure quality and standards reflect key marketing messages
  • Facilitate bid strategy meetings / workshops with the team and set tasks to be completed, timeframes and monitor progress of bid deliverables
  • Prepare high quality bids using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite- in particular InDesign.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Bid/Marketing role within the Construction or Engineering Industry
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Suite (InDesign) and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated market knowledge and proficiency in your field
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders and developing professional, productive working relationships
