Since commencing his recruitment career in 2005, Nick has successfully established and developed a number of business units across a range of technical sectors. Nick worked for a large multi-national recruitment agency for over 5 years before establishing CGC Recruitment in 2010.
Having recruited extensively in both the public and private sectors in Australia and the UK, Nick has created a strong network of contacts across the construction, engineering and technical rail markets. In addition to his hands on recruitment experience he has successfully trained and mentored a number of consultants. It is this range of experience which allows Nick to provide objective advice on market trends and recruitment strategy from a candidate, client and recruiter perspective.
With experience of running targeted recruitment campaigns, high volume contract recruitment and executive search Nick is able to understand the tailored solutions needed to meet the short and long term objective of both candidates and clients.
As managing director, Nick is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the business.
