About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join an experienced team on an upcoming $24M school construction project in the western suburbs of Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery, working closely with your Project Manager.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join an experienced team on an upcoming $24M school construction project in the western suburbs of Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery, working closely with your Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse all project contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
- Prepare and issue subcontract packages, including tender documentation, contract awards, and variations.
- Manage subcontract performance, including monitoring progress, resolving disputes, and issuing payment certificates.
- Prepare and submit progress claims to the client.
- Manage contractual correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Provide support to the Project Manager and Site Manager on all contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Completed construction management degree
- Strong understanding of Queensland construction contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience on projects of this size
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with construction software such as Procore or Buildx is preferred.
