Since commencing his recruitment career in 2005 Nick has successfully established and developed a number of business units across a range of technical sectors. Nick worked for a large multi-national recruitment agency for over 5 years before establishing CGC Recruitment alongside David Cox and James Grantham.
Having recruited extensively in both the public and private sectors in Australia and the UK, Nick has created a strong network of contacts across the architectural, planning, engineering design and infrastructure markets. In addition to his hands on recruitment experience he has successfully trained and mentored a number of consultants in his previous Management position. It is this range of experience which allows Nick to provide objective advice on market trends and recruitment strategy from a candidate, client and recruiter perspective.
With experience of running targeted recruitment campaigns, high volume contract recruitment and executive search Nick is able to understand the tailored solutions needed to meet the short and long term objective of both candidates and clients. Nick is responsible for CGC’s rail & infrastructure division specialising in recruiting for construction and engineering professionals for both contractors and design consultancies.
