WA based contractor with over 35 years of experience successfully
delivering Civil Projects within Australia specialising in earthworks, steel-fixing, formwork, and concreting services.

The Role

• Monitor part of a project to ensure your section or package of work is delivered on time and budget, within quality standards
• Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviors.
• Manage labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works
• Communicate with client representatives on a day to day basis, to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work required. 
• Supervise, coach and mentor direct reports; ensure that site workers have the necessary competencies to undertake assigned tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with detailed/bulk earthworks, formwork, concrete structures/retaining walls working within a main roads environment
• Minimum 4 years experience in a civil construction supervisory position
• Previous experience of managing a large work crew
• An engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety
• Ability to work nightshift - Monday - Friday - 10.5 hour shifts
