The role:
Reporting to the Drafting & Design Manager, you will have the responsibility for providing working drawings, liaising with shires and relevant authorities. You will have excellent working knowledge of building codes & your level of attention to detail will be high.

Experience:

• You will ideally have 5+ years experience of residential drafting, ideally with some medium-density project experience.
• A deep understanding of building codes
• You will be proficient using ArchiCAD
• You will have a consistent CV & track record.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
