CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have been approached by an existing client to source a Electrical Engineer to provide expert Engineer support on a major infrastructure project during a completion phase of the project.
 
This role will be responsible for ensuring that the electrical engineering during the construction phase of the project satisfies client scope and technical requirements and is inherently safe and practical to build within the budget using Auto-cad. 
 
The role is a 4 week contract on a daily rate basis so will be best suited to an expert engineer interested in short term consulting work on a major project. 

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Previous experience as an Electrical Design Engineer preferred
• Experience with Auto-Cad 
• Low voltage design experience inclusive of main switchboards, distribution boards, power reticulation, lighting & emergency lighting
• Earthing, bonding and lightning protection
• Planning & Organising
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Problem solving
• Strong communication skills
