Operating out of North West Sydney, our client is a high-quality residential builder specialising in duplexes, who have established themselves as a master in their field.

The role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of projects in NW Sydney. You will be managing up to 20 projects to supervise. You won’t have to communicate with clients which will free up your time to supervise projects effectively, but you will need to be a good communicator for your trades on site.
  
What is in it for you:
On offer is up to $120,000 basic salary plus superannuation, along with a car, phone, laptop.
  
Requirements / Experience

• - You will have your Cert IV building qualification
• - You will have experience & be proficient at handling volume (15+) projects
• - You will be proficient with on-site comparison
• - Ideally you will come from a trade background
• - Ability to efficiently communicate with your trades on site
• - Be well presented and a good communicator to sub-contractors
