The Company

Our client is fast becoming one of Sydney’s leading fitout firms delivering D & C projects for private education and medical organisations as well as blue chip corporates valued to $15M. They currently employ a close-knit team of around 20 people delivering construction management and negotiated contracts.

Reporting into the Construction Manager you will work closely with the Contract Administrators overseeing and helping administrator sub-contracts whilst ensuring the head contract is correctly executed. You will also help negotiate contracts to help amalgamate large packages and be a part of the training and mentoring programme.

Salary will depend on experience but will be between $100K - $110K with a clear career path into commercial management

Ideal background
  • Construction Management degree or related and 3 + years’ experience
  • Experience working with a commercial builder on projects to $5M
  • Experience using Pro Core is a huge advantage
  • Having worked across design and construction projects is also preferred
